It is a consulting firm that specializes in financial, commercial and technical conflict management services and is considered to be one of the first private financial conflict management services establishment in the MENA region.
Can Taswiyeh suggest any solution to one of the parties or both ?
Yes, Taswiyeh does suggest solutions to both parties but remains neutral to maintain the integrity of the dispute resolution process.
Can the parties authorize their lawyers to represent them at Taswiyeh ?
There is no problem with that, but it would be more advisable if the parties communicate directly with us in order to identify their opinions on the proposed solutions easily.
Is there a particular time to choose Taswiyeh Services?
No, you can enter Taswiyeh at any time during the dispute process. Even if there is a case which is registered and being solved using litigation or was already solved but it is in the implementation phase, you can come to us. We have been handling cases all over the GCC countries, many of which have not been solved with lawyers.
