At the helm of TASWIYEH, its founder Mr. Mes’har is an experienced alternative dispute resolutions maestro. He manages his own businesses in Mediation, Conciliation, Financial Settlement Claims, Receivables Factoring Services and Litigation Funding in association with National and International Private Equity Funds. Mr. Mes’har’s practice covers a wide range of industries, with a focus on Telecommunications, Utility Services and Construction fields. He has conducted a wide variety of Commercial and Industrial Mediations and Conciliations involving Financial, Banking, Insurance, Real Estates, Constructions, Electro mechanicals and Retail Sectors. He has attended numerous professional Arbitration programs and is qualified in Mediation, Domestic and International Arbitration at the CIArb London. He has also completed the Construction Arbitration Qualification & Development Program at the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre in Bahrain and lately completed Certificate in Common Law and DIFC Courts Practice.

Obaid Bin Mes’har has a remarkable professional and personal journey. He served as the CEO of Etisalat International, a multinational corporation from United Arab Emirates (UAE).

He played an imperative role in developing the telecom’s landscape locally as well as globally in more than 16 countries worldwide. He owns remarkable accomplishments and has immense experience of more than 35 years in the public utilities services especially in the Telecom, Water & Electricity Industries.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and thereafter obtained his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Minnesota, United States of America.

Following his intuition and his multifaceted business and educational experience he went on to further obtain bachelor’s degree Civil and Common Law Jurisdictions.

In addition, he also attended various Executive training programs at the IMD (Switzerland), the London Business School (UK), INSEAD Management Institute (France) and a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb) London.

Since 2008, Mr. Mes’har has been constantly taking the lead in client’s representations both in Litigation and in Arbitration cases including, litigation funding and receivables factoring. He manages highly qualified Legal Counsels and Arbitration experts and has handled over hundreds of cases between litigations and Arbitrations in the fields of Constructions, Electro mechanicals, Media, Engineering projects, Real Estates, Banking, Insurance, Financial and Commercial disputes with values over a billion Dirhams.
